1. Appointments & Cancellation Policy
1.1. Clients must provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
1.2. Failure to provide 48 hours' notice will result in the full appointment fee being charged, and payment will be deducted from the client's card on file.
1.3. All booking fees are non-refundable but can be transferred to an alternative date if the request is made outside the 48-hour cancellation period.
2. No Refund Policy
2.1. Once Rebecca Louise Permanent Makeup has provided the first treatment, no refunds will be issued.
2.2. As client aftercare and individual healing responses vary, Rebecca Louise PMU cannot be held responsible for the final healed result.
2.3. Additional appointments may be offered at Rebecca Louise’s discretion.
3. 6-Week Top-Up Appointment
3.1. The 6-week top-up appointment is an essential part of the treatment process.
3.2. Failure to attend the top-up appointment means the client forfeits completion of the treatment.
3.3. If the top-up appointment is missed or cancelled within 48 hours, any additional appointments will be charged at colour boost prices.
4. Pre-Care & Treatment Refusal
4.1. Rebecca Louise PMU reserves the right to refuse treatment if a client has not followed the required pre-care advice.
4.2. Clients arriving under the influence of alcohol or substances will be refused treatment, and any fees paid will be forfeited.
5. Consultation & Medical Forms
5.1. All clients must complete the required consultation forms via the booking app prior to their appointment.
5.2. Failure to complete consultation forms may result in the appointment being cancelled, with fees forfeited.
6. Governing Law
6.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
6.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
